At Rounderbum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products remain in hygienic and sellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
